What is the name of your state? Arizona
I recently was involved in a non-injury accident while driving someone elses car, which I had permission to do. It was a left turn accident, and I was issued a 'failure to yield right of way' ticket. The other party ran a light that was just turning red, but I suppose that is neither here nor there at this point.
No claim was made regarding my friends car. However the other party did file a claim against my friends insurance. I gave a statement to my friend's insurance regarding the accident. At this point my friend's insurance company has requested addtional information about me and my personal insurance coverage and has contacted me for a few more questions. Is this something I should be concerned about? How much information should I provide to the insurance investigator regarding my own insurance coverage/policy?
