What is the name of your state? Utah

I fell in love with a middle eastern medical doctor, I sponsored him on a fiancé visa so that we could start our life together in the USA. After he came to the USA we married and to make a long story short I had to give up my home and everything in Utah to move so he could start a job in New York in residency for internal medicine. He promised me that we would move back to Utah when he finished residency. He seemed very in love with me and I was trying to be supportive so that he could get established in his career in the USA. Everything seemed okay until it was the end of his 3 year residency and then he became verbally abusive and he ended our marriage at a point where he didn't need me to use me anymore for his citizenship. We finished our divorce a couple of years ago and he went on to fellowship in infectious disease... he is now engaged to be married, he is established in his career and I have nothing. I had to barrow money and have debt because I moved back to Utah, where my family lives, and I've had to start over. I had lost my home because of him and he only pays me a little bit of alimony. I now see all the lies that were told to me through this experience so that he could use me and accomplish what he wanted.

He is very sneaky and throughout our marriage was very secretive. I was not allowed to meet any of his friends or coworkers, and to be honest I don't know what he was doing behind my back. I don't know how to report his behavior to immigrations and homeland security, I don't know what my rights are and I don't think it’s fair that he can practice medicine and make money in the USA and I was left struggling fiancially with nothing.

I am not lawyer... but this is what I truly believed to be true: once he gets his 10 years green card, there is nothing you can do to reverse his residency or citizenship if he was granted one. Your rights? well maybe you should consult this with a divorce lawyer to see if you could get more money from him, since he cause you psychotically damages and traumas...
