I have worked for my company for 24 years, never have had to sign a "Non-Disclosure,non-competition and Non-Solication agreement" I have alway been part of the bonus program. If I do not sign this agreement I am not eligible for the company bonus program. I have no problem with the confidentiality part of the agreement, the problem I have is they have been laying personnel off, if I sign this agreement I can not go work anywhere in the industry for up to 1 year. Is this legal?
