What is the name of your state? NJ

I'm in process on buying a condo. On the listing the condo fees were listed in the amount of 272 and now I was advised that they are 329 and change. Is it possible for the fees to go up that much, is that because the price of gas? Heat, water and common areas repairs are included in the fees. How shall I go about it? Thank you so much for your help!:eek:

Yes. The condo by-laws will explain under what circumstances and to what extend the fees may be increased. You should have reviewed the bylaws of any condo you are buying (in many places they are mandatory disclosures).

How do you go about what?
