What is the name of your state? NJ

I'm in process on buying a condo. On the listing the condo fees were listed in the amount of 272 and now I was advised that they are 329 and change. Is it possible for the fees to go up that much, is that because the price of gas? Heat, water and common areas repairs are included in the fees. How shall I go about it?
