A lemon law firm is representing me in a lemon law case against Nissan in California. I have an 06 G35 coupe that strarted having problems with its Bluetooth(the other party can't hear me, breaking up) and also Rattling(all over the Dash panel).

4 repair attempts on each issue failed to correct the problem. I recently replaced the tires and the rattling problem pretty much went away (except for sporadic buzzing noise around the console) for now until who knows how many miles I put on the new tires.

The Attorney as is the case with many wants me to settle however I feel like they're getting their money and they want to make me go away.

What are my options? Can I hire another firm? who will pay the current attorney's fees?

Thanks a lot
