HI, thanks in advance to answer my questions.....

My best friend got married to a us citizen and she got the citizenship trough marriage last year (February)... she got divorce last month and she is planning to married the love of her life next year... the problem is that he is an illegal alien .... will she be able to ask for him as a US citizen that she is now, or she has to wait same time???? I heard that you have to wait 5 years but the question is : five years since she became a citizen or five years since she became a resident..... because if is counting since she became a resident she will be able to ask for her new husband next year of not she would have to wait another 5 years,,,,
please help me.

If he entered the country illegally, then there is nothing she will be able to do on his behalf within the US, regardless of how much time has passed, under the current immigration laws.

who is being rude??? I am just asking... if she knows the time or not??? how I am supposed to ask....
I already said thanks in advance to everyone… so….
It was a rude way to ask, and writing in capitals means that you are screaming at whoever you are posting to. That makes double rude.

If you don't think the damanding "tone" of your question is rude then it is time for you to brush up on your social skills.
but anyways YOU KNOW THE TIME OR NOT

Ijust entered this website to ask a simple question... you guys are going overboard,,, not only that now, the ones being rude are you cause you guys are insulting me and I did not do that to you... so if you have personal issues and everything makes you angry and irritable is not my fault... I was not screaming at nobody, I just wanted to make my question clear... I appreciate her answer, not yours since you are not even answering my question but attacking me.... how is being rude now...
thanks

Your grammar needs brushing up too.

USCIS have their own website with tons of information, it's easily found by a simple search.
That just demonstrated me how desperately you need same help or advice…. People here are just looking to fight with someone… I guess they don’t find it at home…. I in the contrary I am looking for answers and being insulted for free….

Wrong, but when you come on here asking for advice with an attitude like you did, you will get called out on it. People here with legal experiences take time out of their busy lives to help others for free, so asking questions in a decent manner is the least you can do.

Enough now.
