He will get some kind of custody unless he is unfit or a danger to the child. If you are asking if he can have PRIMARY CUSTODY taken from you without cause...probably not.

Ex HUSBAND or Ex BF? If husband, he has equal rights for custody, IF you are now divorcing, as you do.
