What is the name of your state? Massachusetts

I guess this could apply with visitation and child support. But here we go. the big question is that i was wondering if it would be a good idea for my current girlfriend to go with me to the hearing for visitation and child support (not actually sure if it is for custody as well due to it being a temp order).

ok for the facts i hope will help. me and my daughters mother (lets call her jill) were never married. an "jill" feels she should have control of anyone i am around when my daughter is with me. if my daughter is with me and i do not answer my cell phone she goes off the wall to the point i get messages she is going to call the cops if i do not call her back(this in less then a hour cos i left my phone in my car charging). and another night i did not answer cos i just left with my daughter an hour before. well that night i had left to go to a baseball game and left my daughter in the care of my sister and niece (which i live with). well after calling my friends and my current girlfriend (in which i have no idea how she got any of their numbers) she went and took my daughter.

well i got to shorten this sum cos i got to get going but how things effect my current girlfriend (call her kaite) is the one time kaite was around my daughter jill is telling me she is blaming kaite for some scratches that my daughter had on her(which was cos my daughter did not want help when going down a slide so she landed on her bum). and jill is constantly telling me she does not want kaite and that there is no reason for kaite to be around when i have my daughter.

well i got to go bring my daughter to go play with her brother. if anything will help ask i can fill in more tonight

A: Absolutely not. (I stopped reading after that sentence.)

Leave the g/f home. She has no part in this, contrary to your or Mom's thoughts on the matter.

And please - try to write in some sort of proper English. You know.... punctuation, capitals at the start of the sentence. And "cos" is not a word. If you MUST shorten because, it's 'cause.

In OP's defense, I think he was starting to explain a trigonometry equation.:D
Did you hear the one about the trigonometrist who went to the beach to catch the rays and became a tangent?

ETA: to paraphrase OP and answer in SJ style...

Q: can my g/f cum to the hearing?

A: no, secant. ;)
