What is the name of your state? VT....I just learned today that if your re-married with kids, owe back child support that 50% of your stimulus check will be deducted for child support arrears no matter what. The injured spouse 8379 will protect you getting 50%. If you did not file for injured spouse they can and sometimes will take it all. Faith
