You will be reported and this is a legal forum. No one was being rude to this poster. Civility is fine but you need to have legal facts to back it up. Let me just say that OPs telling you NOT to hush doesn't mean much. Many newbies won't tell anyone to hush if they are hearing what they want to hear regardless of whether it has any legal standing or not. Just because we seniors post things directly and don't sugarcoat the law does not mean we are being rude.
Ya know the first time I posted here I was a little offended. It wasn't necessarily what I wanted to hear. But I'm glad that I got the advice I was given. Really made me think. And it's better to get info if it makes you think and do the right thing.

OG is right, the forum was created to give SOUND advice. It's legal advice based on legal standing often laced with good old common sense advice given the situation.

Sit back and learn.

I never said it was LEGAL. Know sarcasm when you read it? And just because I take the civil approach to people does not make me wrong. I make it clear I am expressing opinions based on experience. So I do know what I am saying, as they are my own opinions. You should stop looking for a way to fight in every post...
Ok, so you had allllllll this experience:rolleyes:, but joined here this month:rolleyes: with questions of your own?

Right, I think you are the one whose advice should be followed:rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes:.

Just because I have questions about things, does not mean I have never been thru anything at all...

Most of my legal experience is either about business (have my MSBA) but I do have life experiences in other areas.
