Hi. I'm not sure if this is the proper place for me to post this issue. and sorry if it isn't

onto buisness.

ok so lately i've been considering on purchasing a pocket bike in the future.

could someone please tell me what restrictions California law has on riding pocket bikes?

such as "how old would you need to be to ride one? what is the required protection gear? do you need a permit/ liscense?"

1) Not street legal.

2) You'd have to have a death wish to ride one of these in normal traffic.

3) They're extremely loud and annoying.

why would you want one of these???
Think about your visability- do you really think the teenage driver of an SUV, texting on their phone, can see you???
not to mention that there is legislation in many states to outlaw these horrid things and then what would you have for your money?
But if you do get one, please sign/check the donor box on your license and tell your family you want to be an organ donor- there will always be a need for organs. Brain not necessary and non-transferable.
