I really really appreciate all of the red faces used for my benefit, fairisfair. I am just more puzzled here than angry. Not sure where the hostility is coming from. :confused:

I'm not entirely sure, but it seems like quincy is acting as an advocate. There is risk to putting up children's photos/videos. Is it actionable? Sometimes yes, sometimes no. Deal with the reality approapriately.

really??? I didn't see him as advocating one thing or the other. surely the BEST idea is NOT to take pictures of other people's children, and avoid any semblance of impropriety, or actionable actions.
