Take your attorney with you to the child support office. (If you are willing to pay for those services) Also speak with your attorney regarding any paperwork you will need to bring with you.

I gave my opinion regarding regarding ggp and son on your other thread. My opinion still stands.

I'd let your attorney handle things. Any questions you should direct to her. If you're meeting her there you might want to speak with her before going into the child support office. As to what to expect etc.

Wanted to add, bring relevant information regarding your income. If you don't know what is relevant info to bring, call your attorney.

Just wondering could this be any assistance to me by waiting until his 12 and if he still feels the same way then filing. I dont understand this document that well can somebody explain?

In TX, the court allows a child age 12 or over to file an affidavit of preference. Doesn't mean that the judge does what the kid says, it means that the child is allowed to have a preference.

Don't think you can wait on the CS issues. And if the situation is as bad as you outlined before, why would you risk waiting until kiddo turnstwelve? (Unless he's turning twelve very soon).

I remember being absolutely disgusted with this guy. Here GM dies, and poor GF is grieving. It wasn't his job to clean up the house his child was living in. Then it was the mom remodeling GF house and not letting him in, when in fact it is not even the Mom's house. Then he was talking about calling CPS on the GF! This guy should be kissing GF feet.

Last night my son had a baseball game and this morning they had to take team pictures. So my wife takes him to the game after the game she goes to his house which is where my son and his great granpa live to wash his uniform for this morning. One of his teammates moms was going to take him to take the pictures. My wife walks in and she sees ****roachs all over the house. She came home in tears telling me that the house is filthy. Since my sons great grandma past the house does not really get cleaned or upkept. The last time i was there i saw several rats in the house also. Should i call the cops or cps.
or neither and wait to talk to the lawyer
