What is the name of your state? PA

I am alittle confused with this. It is in my court order, but have read on here (forum) different situations for this.

I guess what I am try to get at, what all does this imply with my ex and I's daughter? Do I get the right to have our daughter whenever he is not able to keep her or watch her like when he is working when he is supposed to have her (his time) and also vice versa? I have read on here that Grandparents could keep her and that I couldn't have a say in it because it is "his" time. But then I read in Ohiogirls post for newbies that all others (besides mom & dad) involved in the childs life is a legal stranger.

I'm sure this is real simple, but could someone please clarify this for me.

Thank you in advance.

It's a clause that is either in your decree or it is not in your decree.

If it's not, then NO, you don't take each other's time.

If it's in your order, you need to put the exact wording pertaining to ROFR on the forum. So you can get an correct answer as to interpretation.

Do you mean the exact wording for what is "written" in my court order?

Sorry for being so ignorant with this question.

It's okay -- you're asking! You're polite/pleasant, all is well. :) ;)

Speaking for Penelope :)eek:!!! ;) ), I'm sure she means, IF you have a ROFR clause in your order, please type that clause out, word-for-word.

If you don't, then just type this: "jo945u49jvklq3o4uo!!!" :p :)

You're right. Please excuse me OP, I'm an OLD lady. Typing skills sometimes aren't the greatest, eye sight isn't the best either. (Won't even go into the memory thing)

On a given day I might even try to interpret "jo945u49jvklq3o4uo":p

Now, will somebody please try and help me find my car keys!:p:D:eek:

They're in that far-down, dark part of your purse.

If not there, they're on the counter by the mail.

If not there, you probably should check in the CAR!

Sounds pretty straight-up to me.

So, if you were home on, say, Monday, and he had to work, he is required to call you and offer you the chance to take care of the child/ren that day instead of taking them to daycare or Grandma's.

Great, that is exactly what I wanted to know. Thank you again for your help:)
