I must remember to use small words around here. Sorry y'all got so upset about aspects of my post that had almost nothing to do with my question. Hind sight is 20/20, maybe I should have posted this as a poll. I can see it now....

1.) Yes, she will be required to acknowledge terms of the policy before it can be issued.

2.) No, she will only be required to submit medical info and acknowledge existence of policy, not the terms.

3.) Don't know, but I really want to comment about some other minor issue which you really weren't seeking advice on but provided as a background to your main question.

4.) I'm really important....on the internet.

Night all

I'm glad you are confident. You're wrong but at least you are confident. Like I said, if anything, the court will order her to buy her own policy. They are not going to force her to pay for a policy you own on her.

why don;t you make it simple:

you offer to purchase your own policy and ask the court to require her to purchase her own policy.

So, what have you done (court wise) to collect or force the payment of the CS? And a parent dieing is NOT leaving the children high and dry. After death, CS would obviously end and you get to take care of the children all on your own. Sorry but such is life.
Did you notice he did not mention back support untill you made your comment about CS. This guy is scary, but at least we know he cannot get a policy on his X, so it might buy her time.

Incredible post, I have never seen anything like it, but then again I am in a straight jacket with a mental desease or defect.

God, those poor kids.

You would have gotten none of those answers. So are you going to bed for real? I know I will sleep better knowing that you are.

If you are so smart, that you feel the need to use small words with me or anyone else, then you would have been smart enough to know that you have problems**************...none of these problems can be helped on this forum Mr. Narcissistic.

that and the same problem that many people that do not hear what they want:

it's our fault and we are wrong

If that is the case, then quit asking questions you don;t want the answer to. I am sure you can pay somebody t osupply the answers you want to hear. Doesn;t make them right but apparently it will make this guy happy.

I just have to make something funny out of this thread, as my skin get's shivers. So how about we make a internet site called******************************************...*"Free Legal Advice That YOU Want To Hear My Friend?"

Disclaimer:

We will give you any answer you want my friend, as we know that you have been wronged!

So how about we make a internet site called"Free Legal Advice That YOU Want To Hear My Friend?"
Already gotcha covered.

OP, please generate the answer you want.

Dear (your user name)

Thank you for submitting your (question) (rant) (spam) (porn) regarding (your friend) (your ex) (your SO’s ex) (your boss) (your landlord) (the police) (Paris Hilton).

It is our unanimous opinion that you are (right) (damn right) and it should be obvious to any moron that your (ex) (SO’s ex) (boss) (landlord) (local police) should be immediately (jailed) (fired) (reprimanded) (arrested) (demoted) (shot) (evicted).

In fact, you are so astonishingly correct in this matter, it will not surprise us one bit if you are (offered a generous settlement) (given custody) (promoted) (released ROR) (declared step-parent of the year) (given everything while s/he is cast aside to suffer in squalor and shame because, by golly, that’s just how it should be.)

Please proceed immediately with your proposed plan of action, which we think is (a good idea) (a really good idea) (sheer genius) (a lot better than what any licensed attorney could come up with.)

You rock.

Love,

Us

Snick, I happen to think that parents having life insurance, with their children as beneficiaries, (in trust) is a good thing.

However, you are really being totally illogical in your thinking.

Of course she will know the nitty gritty details of the policy. Do you honestly think that you can insure someone's life without them being aware of the details?

Think about it please and how totally wierd you sound? You want to insure her, you want her kept completely in the dark about the details, but you want her to pay the premiums? Don't you realize how wierd that sounds?

Also, if she is not paying her court ordered child support, what makes you think that she would actually pay the premiums?
