What does Dad telling you (the correct terminology would be that he "requested") that your DH can't hit the child have to do with that you need to go to court to ask for a modification to request NO THIRD PARTIES CAN USE CORPORAL PUNISHMENT???AND AGAIN DAD TOLD ME HE DOESNT WANT MY HUBBY HITTING OUR CHILD...NOW HE'S NOT WITH ME ANYMORE, SO WHY IS IT OKSY FOR HIM TO TELL ME WHAT TO DO IN MY HOUSE YET, I'M WRONG WHEN I DO THE SAME.....THAT MAKES US BOTH WRONG , NOT JUST ME
Just to refresh, this was your question:
It's been answered and answered and answered.I just have one question, what can I do as far as court is concerned when my child's has stepmother use physical disciple and dad allows it?
And, frankly, after reading to about pg 4 of this thread then skipping to the end, I think you've got some issues b/c the stepmom TOLD you about this isolated incident.
Did you ever answer the question what the child did to warrant the physical discipline? Have you described what that physical discipline is yet?
BTW, you've been so incredibly rude to seniors in this thread. My jaw was literally open wondering if you have a death wish or something ....
