No moron. All I did was utilize a home test kit to identify if mold was present first. The LL will be paying for the Certified Mold inspector to come out and test the air. Not sure exactly what you mentioned gas for, and as far as lengthy diatribes, I've spent roughly 10 minutes typing my posts on this site. It's been informative how ignorant landlords such as yourself and Alaska landlord are.So you've taken this all on yourself...and have yet to notify the LL? All this effort, time, gas money, and money on tests, and your lengthy diatribes...and you don't know enough to first call the LL? Sheeesh. No wonder there are so many LL/tenant disputes...and so many that the LLs win.
And, since you seem to be completely retarded, the LL was notified of the leaks 30 days ago and has yet to respond. Mold was found YESTERDAY. Landlord has been sent official notice of the mold as of TODAY.
Yet again, your ignorant responses are irrelevant. You are also polluting this site with your garbage. I came here for legal advice from a LAWYER, and so far I've gotten to vigilante LANDLORDS who seemingly do this to every tenant who posts on this site. You are a JOKE.
Do not respond to my thread unless you are a LAWYER.
