Dog bit my friends dog at my home

Over the weekend I had a friend watch my home. He took it upon himself to invite his girlfriend to my house... she brought her 2 dogs.. My friend has a Doberman pitcher, I have a Rottwieler whom is 11 years old and on her last leg, as well as a busy body poodle. Well some how, one of the girlfriends dog got bitten, and ended up in the emergency vet. My friend says he doesnt know who did it! I never authorized him to have company....period! and the nerve of her to bring her 2 dogs to my home and I wasnt there! Am i resposible for her dogs injuries? I had no idea she was in my home! She wasnt invited! and My friends story keeps changing.... Is this my responsibility?
