I live in Oregon. I currently have full custody of my two children from my ex-husband as awarded in the divorce. He currently has visitation every other weekend, but sometimes he sees them more than that. Due to many issues, I want to transfer full custody to my ex-husband. I have two questions. How do I do that when he is not initiating it? And if he doesn't want the children to live with him full time and I don't think I can handle having them live with me full time, how do I pursue the issue? I have brought it up to him and so far he hasn't given me a straight answer.

If neither of you want your child please give them up for adoption. You cannot force him to take custody. You cannot force him to do anything.
