CALIFORNIA i join a MMORPG game online i was banned they say for selling 3rd party goods but i did not sell anything i spent over 800$ on my master card I WAS wondering if i have any rights. to get back on the game or get my money back or any help would be great thank you very much. i hope i post in right spot thank you

I think there's only one game where money like that is floating around - Warcraft.

He's too vague on what was sold or bought, but they can ban your account for any or no reason without notice or refund. It's in the ToS.

Did you buy an account? That's against the ToS and the EULA and they ban people for that all the time. You don't have much chance of getting your money back if that's the case, the person who sold it to you broke the ToS/EULA, but it's not illegal.

Don't buy virtual items. Expensive lesson.

He has been on a couple of other boards.

i was benned they say for selling gold and the game is last chaos i sold nothing all i did was stop useing my master card

I actually was able to quit warcraft a month ago after playing for two years. It is hard to do.

To the OP, you don't really have any recourse. The character never belonged to you, you were simply paying a monthly fee to access information. They terminated the agreement, you no longer pay monthly, they no longer allow you access to their information. No recourse.
