What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Ohio I just wanted to thank everyone on this forum that offered advice on my EMC and Complaint for Custody motion. And even if all of the advice wasn't what I wanted to hear at the time or said in the most delicate manner it was in the end helpful. Four months ago I was completely ignorant in these matters but after listening to council, from a variety of sources, and a lot of leg work, things began to take shape and I was able to present a winning argument and gain full custody of my son. Thanks again.
