I live in california.

okay, so Dec 19, 2007 NCP and i were order to take Parenting Without Conflict classes together. NCP did not understand that these classes were to be taken with the both of us in the same room. He was under the impression the 10 session parenting classes were sufficient for him. June 2008 we had a review hearing. We are again ordered to take the Parenting Without Conflict Classes together. NCP stated he already took them. I explained to the judge the NCP was confusing the parenting classes with the PWC classes. Almost every week since that hearing i have written the NCP reminding him we needed to pick what session we could attend together. no responses. the only communication i had from him regarding the PWC was at the support hearing back in July 2008. he said he would get back to me on that. more letters to NCP, no responses. NCP calls yesterday to let me know he signed up and his classes start Nov, 4, 2008. I ask him how he signed up without me signing up (the forms were very clear on the both of us signing up for the same classes) he stated he just got his classes in the mail. I spoke to the court clerk, the form was mailed out over a week ago. (mail takes 1-2 days to be received) it still means the NCP signed up over a month ago by himself. So now he'll be going to these classes by himself, i won't be able to attend til Jan AFTER the hearing. I already mailed in my registration today.

here's my dileima. I have the capability of talking the NCP into resigning up for the Jan 4 session. at our Dec 2008 reveiw hearing, what will look worse, that he signed up by himself, or that we have a set date to attend together? i'm trying to placate the judge any way possible, but i'm fussing with the NCP to maintain the court orders.
