CA Can I use my ex-broker's pictures of my house. Our listing agreement has expired. Can I use the pictures my broker took of my house for internet display? She made them public by posting them on Zillow. Can I take them from the Zillow site as public information?

No. The broker, or the photographer holds the copyrights to the pictures and unless they have given you permission to use them, you cannot.
