Yay!

Hearing was today, finally, after being continued once.

Judge agreed with our contention that mom waived the right to take physical custody due to relocation when she implicitly agreed to have the children live with me in California.

I get to go pick up my son in a week!!!!

I haven't been this happy about something in a long time - thanks for all the encouraging posts and information!!!! Thanks to the Seniors for their time and effort on this board!

Daughter is staying with mom? Congrats on your victory.

Yes, daughter is staying with mom, subject o my visitation for holidays and such. Basically status quo will stay in effect while mom and I update the parenting plan to reflect reality. If we can't agree on the updated parenting plan we will utilize mediation or court conciliation to assist with reaching an agreement.
