I go to college where I wanted to be a nurse, they admit people every yr if you meet the per-requisite ,Last Yr I was not accepted because I was missing one course and they told me they already pick up people before summer so it wont be possible to consider me even if I take the course in summer because they take people on June.I was told not to take it before even If I do,people will be already picked...so I did what they say,One girl happened to have the same situation as me.exactly the same..and she was admitted, even tough she did not meet the requirement before the due date which is June, she took the course was missing on summer and still considered ,Can I sue them for that? they have waste one yr of my time.they only admit once a yr.September so even if you are done before, you need to wait.
I also was told that when u get to college you sign a contract.and my contract says...
I need a 2.5GPA and finis per quits to be admitted to the program but they don't follow that.they told me I need at least 3.4 and the contract I sign with them does not says that..It is CUNY college in Bronx, what should I di reinforce them to follow the contract ,they only use word of mouth,In another word.whatever they tell you can be proven wrong because the contract says something and they do something else..what is the best thing to do in my situation.I felt raped because how come they admit someone and they never admit me when we were both in the same position

What does the bolded part mean??
I need a 2.5GPA and finis per quits to be admitted to the program
Does your contract state that you will be admitted to the program if you satisfy the prerequisites? Or does it state that you may apply to the program, or you may be considered for the program?

Did you have to submit an essay for admittance to the program, or a writing sample in your own handwriting? I ask that because your writing is difficult to understand and your grammar isn't very good. If English is not your native language, then that's understandable; however, it may also be a reason that you were not admitted.

You were not raped. Don't ever take that word so lightly.

You do not know what happened with "one girl's" circumstances and admission. If they tell you to get a certain GPA, then that's what you need.

You can't sue them.

A minor correction...
She can't SUCCESSFULLY sue them ;)

According to CUNY's School of Nursing website, you need a 2.5GPA if you are already a licensed RN with an Associates Degree and want to enroll in the Nursing Pathway program. Generic pathway students, along with a list of prerequisite courses, are required to carry a 3.0GPA.

Honestly, (and I'm not trying to be rude...I'm speaking as a nurse & educator) you'd have to improve your sentence structure & grammar to get your application past me.
