What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? TX
My orders state that the first half of winter break ends at noon on the 26th. I have always understood this to mean that our daughter should be in his hands by noon, so when I have her for the first half of the break, I have always put her on the plane first thing in the morning on the 26th so that she arrives by noon just to avoid any conflict. At the same time, in consideration of the fact that he has 90 minute drive to airport, I have not demanded in my years that she arrive on the dot at 12. This year, however, we are flying out of the country (yes, I have his permission) on the 26th at around 7 p.m. and I want to make sure to allow for the possibility of a flight delay, so I have her getting on the flight at around 10 and arriving at 1:30. Ex is insisting that she doesn't need to leave until noon. Who is right?
Thanks in advance.
