I have been playing on Second Life for sometime, and have built a club in the Virtual 3D world . You can own build and create your own online business through Second Life. It is possible to make real money from this online world. There are clubs clothing shops and much more to explore.

The problem: There is an option in SL to return objects on your land, or group owned land, to the respectful owners. If you select this feature the items will return to your Lost and Found folder in your inventory if you own them. I own a club in SL and mistakenly returned some items to myself. When you do this some items get grouped together, or also called coalesced items. When I returned the items there were 4 coalesced items in my inventory. I tried to rezz (place on ground) these items and for some reason and no fault of my own they disappeared. Now I am missing the coalesced items as well as all that were inside. I have contacted SL about this problem and they don't want to solve the problem. Should this be my responsibility? I paid real CAD money for these items I lost and will have to pay more to replace them. I assume Second Life cannot do this, by holding the players responsible for their technical issues. The items total cost was around $200 CAD. Isn't this classified as theft?
SL has an issue with their return system and if it doesn't work properly they should warn players before they attempt to return objects or warn if there is a chance for item loss.

Please Help ..I want to start a class action law suit against SL for losing my items and not offering to replace them. We need to take control of the online world ..we are getting ripped off.
