Now I get to expose your ignorance, read paragraph "B" of the above link and pay close attention to the bold lettering the says "ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE TO VACATE A JUDGMENT".... even senior members learn something new everyday I guess
So what?? I can show you websites that swear that there are aliens walking among us... but that doesn't mean they are correct. My post is accurate (as any attorney or person with legal knowledge will confirm). It is also accurate that you are an uneducated idiot.
And as I said.. contrary to your crap... the OP has NO STANDING to file a 'MOTION TO VACATE' a judgment!!

Oh boy - this one sure got out of hand. In the spirit of Christmas, I'm in a giving mood, so let me put it to bed before this gets to 3 pages of needless arguing.

In NY, where creditor is apparently from, procedurally, the courts do use an OSC to vacate a judgment (assuming that is what you are attempting to do). Of course, the OP is not from NY, so I'm not sure why that got brought up, (but it explains why the argument arose, I think).

Anyway, back to our regularly scheduled post, already in progress. Merry Xmas :D

I also have to interject again for those of you that can't read well ----

THERE IS NO FRACKING JUDGMENT! THEREFORE THERE CAN BE NO ORDER TO VACATE OR SHOW OR EXECUTION OR JDX OR ANY OTHER DAM THING RELATED TO JUDGMENTS.

All this noise about OSC and judgment crap has completely ignored the OP's question, which JETX answered in his first post. Dispute the entry with the credit bureau and check back if needed.

If you all want to hijack a thread to argue about judgments, start you own. You are only going to confuse this OP.
