What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Texas
Purchased online travel with major airline, confirmed and credit card billed and paid.
Price was on internet for $63.00, what I paid.
Price was suppose to be $800., 3 days later they want difference and are offering a $100. discount for inconvience.
Any advice? What is law concerning this. Do I counter offer? Are they liable for the price?
