What recourse do we have for a cancelled product purchased from an internet company. After waiting 4 months, the order was cancelled(that would be May 2008) From that point till now, Decembe 2008, not to mention numerous phone calls, multiple emails, they still have not refunded us.

How did you pay for the product?

If you used your credit card you can dispute the charge with them. If you used a debit card, that process is not available.
