Hello,
My name is Isaac Beiner and I find my self in a precarious situation. A year ago I met an individual who is a construction man by trade. My
Brother introduced us and vouched for his credibility. We had a verbal agreement that I would buy a fixer upper property and he would
Fix it up and we would flip it and we would split the profits. We found a place in Abbeville S.C. and I bought it for $26,400. In cash. It was purchased in June of '08 and unfortunately I put his name on the deed. To date he has done nothing and has no intentions of doing anything
To the property. I'm embarrassed to have been scammed like this but know I don't know where to start to get him of the deed so I can move on with it or try to resell it. The property is in Abbeville, South Carolina and we both live in
New Jersey. Although he does receive Mail in another property in S.C. (different county). My
Question is two fold. Which court and what forms do I need to go pro se.

**A: you file in the county and state that the property is located in. Good luck, you're really going to need it.

Hi Isaac,
Just came across your post of a few yrs ago. I hope that you managed to sort things out. A lot of greedy thiefs and scoundrels out there.
