What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?
Im in New York and sent money to someone in Fla.

I've used hoobly.com before and had no issues. I was buying a reptile from a couple down in florida like I've done before. sent them the money order and never got a reptile, do I have any recourse? I have the money order number and many emails between us saying they haven't sent me anything.

You would have to sue them in small claims court in FL.

This has nothing to do with the web site.
