What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? California

Bottom Line Books sent me a book said I ordered it from online. I didn't order this book. What do I do? They want there money...It says if not happy I can return it within a year and my $36.90 will be refunded.I don't want to have this turn over to a credit place as one other place did to me for a magazine I never ordered.I don't want to pay for the postage either. What should I do? VerdiWhat is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?

What did they say when you contacted them and said you didn't order the book?

Just write "Return to sender - delivery refused" and take it back to the post office.
Sender should pay return shipping.

Bottom Line Books

The reason why I didn't return to sender is I have done that in the past only to be told they never recieved it. Got a number from another person that was also unhappy with this service I called them and they are sending everything to send it back and they said they would stop billing me. Time will tell...thanks
