What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? PA
Married 15 months (my 2nd time) and hubby still has not even put his place up for sale (needs alot of TLC) and has not helped me pay any of my bills (he lives here and his 10 year old is with us 50%...his place is vacant) saying he has no $$. I took out loan early on to help him (he as not paid me back -- I am a sect'y) as he was way behind on house and vehicle payments (unknown before we married) and now feel like I will always be supporting him. My place (owned for 7 yrs) is only in my name. Can I legally change the locks? Also, he is self employed, so I added him to my insurance through work (add'l $400/mth to add him, which he does not pay me back for). If I drop him from my insurance, am I at all responsible for any medical bills he may incur?
He gets annoyed that I cannot accomodate most of his furniture (small townhouse) but I'm not getting rid of any more until I get some monetary help.
