What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Vermont

My dog was recently mauled by my neighbor's Anatolian Shepherd which had previously been acknowledged as being ferocious with other dogs. The owner has taken great pains to keep his dog restrained, but this last Thursday, he got out and my dog endured $1700 worth of surgery to repair a herniated abdominal wall and macerated back muscles.

A friend of mine informed me that Vermont mandates releasing homeowners insurance info after such incidences, but I want to see for certain where this is mandated.

Any leads?:(

Not sure about that particular statute, but a lawsuit will get the ball rolling.
