So when did you file for child support? Do you have a current court order?

My first timefileing child support was with FL. Dept of revenue november of 07.No current child support order The judge found our M.S.A in sept of 08 null and void.And at that time said no arrears were due.So now dept of revenue opened new case in 12 of 08 thats whare it is now. So after that i also got a lawyer she is doing the new m.s.a. i went to her office and picked it up i was in a hurry so i read it at home under arreas it says march of 08 is when child support started acuring.My daughter was here since june 05. I emailed her and ask why march 08 that was friday. So i thought it to be a typical child support question.Also my lawyer is working right now without a secratary.and hard to get a hold of. she did say her and dept revenue are working together.She and dept of revenue are on record as on my case. if more info needed i will write it so people can see it.so all these questions can get answered. thanks
