Who would know what 'venues' you've explored? You have alluded to some that you haven't named, and you are very vague about what you want to do. I can't tell if you're the hero who will end the culture of corruption in your school district, or if you're just a parent trying to protect your children, or something else altogether.

And you're certainly not making things any clearer.

Providing a lower quality education that you think your children deserve is not a criminal matter nor is it the most important issue in front of us.

Our son (the victim) also has ADD and is in Special Education, he is TAKS exempt. Our daughter is in Special Education and puts up with down grading comments from one of her teachers.
We are seeking legal counsel at this time as law enforcement is investigating.

The moment you started getting ready to stand on the tables in the lunchroom to expose the corruption and poor teaching methods of your kids' school you lent yourself to a legendary union organizer...

Your child's molestation isn't an "in" that you can use to expose corruption and insist upon better teaching methods.

You need to focus on your child... his possible alcohol problem.. and your next steps.
