Naming a Trust..

I am setting up a trust with Quicken Willmaker, and the first thing it asks for is the name of the trust - but it says to put your name there. I would like to name the trust a made up name, can I do this?

And anyone familiar with Willmaker, should I put the made up name where it says to put my name?

yes, you can use any name you choose for your trust. i stopped including my personal name on a trust document a long time ago.

I want to use a name that is two words connected together and the second word is started with an uppercase letter, example: TwoWords - like that. Do you think this would be a problem?

not at all. a unique name is usually best.

except when i make a trust for a piece of property, i always title it with the property address. since the address is already known, the trust name doesnt give any further information about it.

Im having an issue with quicken willmaker, for step 1, its says:

"enter your name exactly the way you want it to appear on the trust"

but whatever name you put here becomes the trust name - and I dont want the trust to be my name.

Any ideas?
