What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? NJ

Ok I am going to try to make this as short and sweet as I can...my ex and I were together for a while we split up I had him on child support all was fine. We got back together 2 years later he begged me to take it off and I did, we stayed together for 4 years then I find out he cheated and got someone else pregnant. Needless to say we are no longer together. For some reason he blames me for how his life has turned out yet he claims to be happy in his current situation. Point being he's a deadbeat doesn't help me at all.

So, I have been waiting to go to court for the last 5 months. We will be going on May 1st. I was told that he of course will have no choice but to pay support and I can't wait because I badly need it and he won't give me a dime. But my questions are this...

1. I am unaware if he and his current girlfriend are married or not. If in fact they have gotten married does that affect the child support amount that I will recieve?

2. I was told that he will have to share half of the medical costs with me...aside from the insurance that he is providing. I can guarantee that he will not give me a penny for the medical bills when need be (we went through this first time around) How do I get him to pay his part of the bills when the time comes?

I feel like I am going in circles with him and the courts trying to get answers to this.

1. his girlfriend or his wife will NEVER be financially responsible for your child with him.

2.yes most NCP's are required to pay for some percentage of uninsured medical costs, but it varies, and the procedure for payment and what qualifies as a medical bill, will be outlined by court order. If his insurance does not cover much, have you considered securing coverage for the child yourself?

I have had her on my insurance for the last 3 years he put my daughter under his girlfriend's insurance so he could get out of giving me half like I have been asking for. So that is that. I haven't taken her off even though I just received cards from him last week because his plan is not that great. My plan is definitely better so I am using his as a secondary at this point. But neither of our insurances cover eye care and neither covers psychological which my daughter needs so I pay out of pocket for all of that and then there is the copays for the medications as well as our deductibles.

My question about them being married I was wondering if they put the combined incomes into effect or something because they do share the expenses
