WHat form or can you make a form to send to get a record from a bill for evidents in court. Don't need them to show up in court just need copy of a record from a date and time.

attorney whom dont' believe other people when they come into your office are idots!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
today world, people alter my advise to everybody don't bother going to them better off filing under attorney general you might get some where**************......among other things**************....blackballing is illegal but goes on like crazy in this state of illinois**************..
