Hopefully this makes sense.
2 children in shared custody- ages 6 and 13
The boyfriend of their mother is verbally, emotionally and physically abusive to her in front of them, however he has yet to turn his attention/anger at them.
Instead of having to wait, as per cps, for him to do something directed at them, is there a way legally that this abusive person can be made to stay away from them while they are at mom's home?
