FYI,
I don't get refunds - I pay. Every year. No mercy. I buy my food, pay my mortgage, etc. My kids don't get free lunches either. I pay for that too!

If you truly have no idea why your son isn't allowed on any other campus, then I don't understand why you haven't parked yourself at the superintendent's office until you get some answers.

No one here can help you figure out why your innocent little angel was banned from the school just because the SRO had nothing better to do that day. Why? The warrant wasn't issued against your innocent little angel because the judge or magistrate had nothing better to do that day, and the police didn't serve the warrant on your innocent little angel because they had nothing better to do that day.

The warrant doesn't say "no reason, just because". The arrest record doesn't say "no reason, just because". Period.

The last post is pretty much dead on. I have to work.

The reason I haven't gotten answers is because I don't have the time to sit outside the superintendents office, continuously call the district office, the home school.

I have sent e-mails and I have called the people that are supposed to be in charge and this is the result. They don't care, they don't have to return my calls. I don't know what else to do.

Even with all the taxes we pay, we'd probably be better served by NOT speaking English. My children might be better off as well since the schools bend over backwards to accommodate the ESOL families. It's pitiful that I get written and phone communications in a language I don't understand because, I guess, they make assumptions. I am basically an annoyance and they don't want people asking questions.

If my Dad, and his parents, my Grandparents were still alive, do you honestly believe the schools would coddle and accept and accommodate them?? Would they speak and write German or Russian?

If my Mother's parents' were still alive, do you think they would accommodate the customs of Native American Indians?

I am simply asking for fair treatment. Nothing more and nothing less.

Me & my husband have been blessed and fortunate because we have worked hard all our lives. We've taught our children to have a strong work ethic. Our children know the difference between wants and needs.

Again, all I want is fair treatment.

I don't think it's an unreasonable request.

RNTCB, I have not read all the posts here. I have only seen that you have identified very clearly specific people and places. REMOVE THOSE FROM YOUR POSTS. These posts here can be used against you should you be sued for defamation - and I can tell you that much of what you wrote in your original post could be considered defamatory IF YOU CANNOT PROVE THE TRUTH OF ALL OF IT.

Seriously, go back and edit your posts of all identifying information. You, and your son, could be in trouble if you don't.

I still don't understand why I'm not getting answers from the supposed experts on this forum. Actually, I sense that maybe the Moderators are working feverishly behind closed doors to ensure total demise of my son and our entire family. This is a really sick & twisted way of enticing people that are in a serious position.

There was no reason given for this action by the Officer.

And listen to what I am saying...THEY DO NOT NEED TO GIVE YOU A REASON.

I have been trying to dissect and figure out the why. And so far, no answers. I just came on to this forum for advice and it seems like some of the people here are just as bad as the ^*&^%(*^ I've been dealing with.

No doubt the apple doesn't fall far from the tree. Do not curse at me. I've politely given you the correct answer. Your son is entitled to the education at the school he enrolled in and nothing else. If there is pending criminal or disciplinary action, the notice to stay off the property is legal and valid. You'll have to wait until the warrants or actions play out. If you must, get a lawyer.

There's nothing else we can tell you given the absence of the ability to see through the internet the exact circumstances of the situation. We're further enjoined from actually acting as lawyers here.
