Is it legal to have me keep welfare, and SSI for me and the babies when we are no longer there. He says we are coming home next month but refuses to talk about it. You don't have access to a phone to call welfare? Sorry but you could actually be responsible and immediately call welfare to let them know of changes -- like you are REQUIRED LEGALLY to do.

You say that you and your baby are "stuck in an attic" and cannot contact anyone.
Wow, I have to say, you must be stuck in quite a nice attic if it has a computer and internet access.
