What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Ohio

I have one infant and a second one on the way. I am high risk. The guy I was with kicked us out in the middle of the night.

The landlord said the people upstairs complained about me. I was evicted yet I never recieved anything from him. He is friends with the guy I was with. I went to the hospital for stress because the man I was with, him mom and the people upstairs just wouldn't leave me alone. The guy I was with and the people upstairs all drink. While I was at the hospital I was told that i can't come home.

The first baby gets a check from SSI because she was a preemie. It is in her father's name. He says I can't change that I just have to depend on him to give us money. He also says we are coming home next month so I shouldn't notify welfare either.

His mom threatens me because I didn't pay his bills. She said crazy things about me. That have nothing to do with anything other than to destroy my image. And threatens to file lawsuits on me if I don't pay his bills.

Am I able to change the baby's check to my name? Can they just kick me out like that without recieving a notice of eviction? Can I do anyting about the charges that I am a heavy drug user even though I can prove with the OB records with both babies that I don't use anything. When in fact they are the drug users who tried to pin it on me.

And what is emotional distress damages? This baby is a few days older than my first micro preemie was at birth. This stress is causing problems for the baby as well.

And what about if he is lying about us coming home? If we are coming home we don't need to notify anyone. But if we don't that will cause problems. I can't stay where I am at for long especially with two babies. By not changing anything he is the one to gain by getting money for me and the babies even though we are not there. While we stay in an attic with nothing. Both babies are his.

Dear, If you want stability for yourself and babies, STOP procreating willy-nilly, and start learning to support yourself. And make babies only in stable committed, long term relationships that afford you legal protections. You have a young preemie, in need of attention and you are already pregnant again? And pregnant in a casual relationship? Sorry, but all this says very little about your sense of responsibility.
