What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? OH

I want to know if I don't file an objection to my ex's intent to relocate or file a ex parte restraining order to stop the move and she moves. What will happen? Can I make her come back or the courts make her come back. Does this just show the courts that I am Ok with the move. I am out of money to file anything with the courts.
Thanks in advance

Then you will have consented to the move by your lack of action...and no, its very unlikely that the courts would make her come back. Your opportunity to take action is now.

O.K. then what do you do when you don't have any money to file the objection.

You go to the website I gave you and FILE A POVERTY AFFIDAVIT with the objection. You will eventually have to pay it but this will allow you to pay it later and not now. So now you tell me -- what are you IMMEDIATELY GOING TO DO UPON READING THIS?

I have been waiting for you to pop up. Thank you so much. So the indigent form is filed with the motion correct
Well if you were able to receive PMs you would have already received my answer. Yes file the indigent form with the motion. As well as with the parenting affidavit.

The poverty form on the courts page says it is for contempt cases. Would that still be the same form I would use.

Look at number 28 I believe it is. Or maybe 25. One of those is for poverty without it being contempt. File that one. Also your PMs are not set up and I do NOT email.
YOu will set up your motion using 12pt Times New Roman font. Your caption (names and addresses one side) with case number, judge and magistrate as well as what it is on the other side of the header. You will mimic what is on top of the other motions i told you about.
