What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Florida

How can I read/see the actual written request from the petitioner to the State of Florida in regards to the case below? I have searched the FL Supreme Court website, but I am not able to see anything other than the denial opinion in PDF format. Can someone shed some light on this for me please! (I am the victim of the petitioner)
