What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? OH

I have a question about summer companionship time. There is no set dates, times for summer vacation time we are supposed to follow the standard parenting plan. The question is ex wife says that I am supposed to give her dates in advance to be able to have my summer time with daughter. There is nothing in my decree that states any of this.

It only states that NCP schedule shall have priority over residential parent's unless residential parent's vacation time is mandated by provisions of his/her employment.
(such as annual plant shut down). The parties shall give written notice of the vacation schedule at least 60 days in advance.

This is the only thing that it states I believe it is for vacations not summer companionship time. Please correct me if I'm wrong.

Thanks inadvance!

You need to give her notice 60 days in advance to take your summer vacation. You even bolded it. You are using the standard visitation plan? Then you needed to give 60 days written notice. HOWEVER, what does the ex parte order you got state? Does it give you custody or just prevent her from moving?

It just restrains daughter to the state of ohio. so the 60 days notice is for summer time because i thought it meant for mandatory vacations such as work related. thanks OG
