Doctor's appointments and tests

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Oregon
My husband had a work injury which ov course they deny. His employer sent him to doctor's appointments and had him ge at lest one MRI. Is the employer supposed to pay for this if they sent him there?

If your not out on WC, you may have to use your employee Ins to cover it depending on your plan.
Why was the claim denied?
Have you seeked a WC attorney... this would be the best way to go if your claim was denied..

If an employer sends you to see a doctor of their choosing to decide if your injury is work realted, who is liable to pay for it?

they denied it..

they decided the injury didn't happen on work time because he reported it the next day after he had worked the evening shift. They claim there's no proof that it happened at work.

Look under your Workers Comp Laws for your State. I know in Illinios you have 45 days to report your injury.( every state is different)
