What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? California

I am a US Citizen and my wife recently acquired her Conditional Green Card last March 09, 2009. We lived in Sacramento, California for a year after we got married, and we just recently moved to San Francisco, California because of our job. My question is that, what form does my wife need to submit to USCIS, is it AR- 11 ( Change of Address), or AR-11SR ( Aliens Change of Address Card), or does she need to submit either one at all? Thank you in advance and I hope to hear answer as soon as possible because I know they have a specific timeframe to submit it, starting from the date in which we moved.

She needs to file AR-11 (can be done online now but print one for your evidence).
You need to file I-865, Sponsor's Change of Address (forms, uscis.gov)

AR-11 may or may not change her mailing address with USCIS. When you are filing I-751 before her conditional card expires, you can use your new address. However, just keep in mind that USCIS sucks at getting this right and it's your (her) responsibility to get her mail, even if they send it to the wrong place. Just keep tabs on things when you start re-sending forms etc in.
