What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Texas
We had laminate layed last fall. We noticed just recently it looked like it was buckling. Called the installer back out who called out a 3rd party inspector that said there was a lot of water damage.
Well it actually rained really hard here today in TX and we noticed that in one section of our living room (where there are 2 sets of french door) it was leaking behind the baseboards (we have a sunken in living room).
Is this normally covered by homeowner's insurance?
